The 14-day guarantee

If this is your first purchase with us, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not completed more than one full mock exam on the purchased content. The free taster never counts against this.

Why the one-mock limit?

Our product is digital content consumed by use. One completed mock is enough to judge the quality; completing several and then requesting a refund is use of the product, not evaluation of it. This mirrors the digital-content provisions of applicable consumer law.

How to request

Send the email address on your account and your order reference via the contact page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Upgrades and later purchases

The 14-day window applies to your first purchase. Upgrades (single unit → lifetime) and subsequent purchases are refundable only where required by applicable law.
